Kannigapuram Chucking Premier League (KCPL) · Season 1 · Last updated 15 July 2026
KCPL is a local cricket tournament organised by Sparkles for the Kannigapuram community.
This policy explains, in plain language, what information our website collects when you
register as a player and how it is used.
What we collect
Registration details — your name, date of birth / age, and mobile number.
Playing details — batting and bowling styles you enter on the form.
Player photo — the photo you upload with your registration.
Payment proof — the screenshot of your ₹100 GPay entry-fee payment.
Why we collect it
To register you as a Season 1 player and issue your Player ID.
To verify your entry-fee payment.
To run the player auction — your name, photo, and playing details appear on the
auction board when your lot comes up.
To apply league rules (for example, team age-quota rules use your age).
Who can see what
Everyone (public): the player-status page shows only your name and your
registration status (Approved / Pending / Declined). During and after the auction, the
public auction board shows your name, photo, playing details, and sold price.
Committee & auctioneer (PIN-protected): full registration details, including
your mobile number and payment screenshot, are visible only to league officials behind a PIN.
Your mobile number is never shown publicly, and payment screenshots are locked
behind the officials' PIN.
Where your data lives
Everything is stored on KCPL's own server hosted in India (AWS Mumbai region). We do not
use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies.
Encrypted backups are kept privately by the league so registrations aren't lost.
We never sell or share your information with anyone outside the league committee.
How long we keep it
Registration data is kept for the duration of Season 1 and league record-keeping. If you
want your registration and photos removed, ask us and we will delete them.
Your choices
To correct a mistake in your registration, or to have your data removed, contact the league:
Alan Avinash — 95513 39306. Submitting the registration
form is taken as your consent to the use of your details as described above.
